Garden Apartment Hotel - Split

Positive, I had very good communication with the host, Davor. The chalet-style apartment had a comfy king-size bed and a nice outside terrace to relax on. It felt safe with the locked gate, and it was quiet despite being close to bars and restaurants. Great value for the price and location.

Good room, comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Good food plus helpful staff. Comfortable position close to centre, in the touristic area...

The hotel is quiet, nestled in a pretty building with sea views. The rooms are big size and excellent, with a fireplace, an iron, and a work desk. The staff are best and affable as well as the owner. As for me the food is cheap, and they have a wide array of meals.

Warning, you might fall in love!

Nestled beside a charming garden, my stay featured a cozy apartment with a lovely terrace under grapevines. The perfect romantic hideaway, it was minutes from bustling cafes and the Riva waterfront. Peaceful at night, I cherished evenings outside, soaking up the tranquil ambiance. A good escape for couples!

The owner was very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We took over all 4 rooms for our large family group and each cottage was extremely cute and we loved the outside area to gather and enjoy the view.

It is quite a hike up the hill. While this worked for the young and fit in our group the hike and the heat tested the older (not that old) guests. The beds in some of the cottages were comfortable and extremely uncomfortable in others. We had to be up and ready to leave by 8 am to accommodate the cleaner and the next guests. This was actually quite a feat for our group who had enjoyed the late, drawn out dinners of croatia.

The owner was very helpful and give us water on arrival, tourist advice and rang us when our room was ready. He also arranged travel to the airport. Apartments were clean and comfortable, free wifi and area to eat outside. A happy stay

Spacious with lovely terrace

Finding parking nearby is a hassle!!! The Wi-Fi connection is terrible. Poor lighting adds an uninviting atmosphere to the rooms as well!!!

Very small bathroom

The apartment was spacious with comfortable beds and a great shower. While it was slightly hard to find, the location is superb, just minutes from the heart of Split. The lack of food service on-site might require planning.

We stayed at garden apartments for one night and we chose a small (cheaper) room as we were just passing through split. The apartments were set in lovely gardens and really close to the old town of split. They had lockers for our bags for the next day and the owner was very helpful. The room we had was basic but good for the price. Would recommend, especially for families as the apartments with terraces looked great.

Great location near Dioclesian Palace, but hard access with luggage. Clean rooms.

Excellent accommodation, I can only add to the other comments. Perfectly situated for the old town + seafront, very nice garden, nice rooms, everything was great. Very very good recommendations for breakfast / dinner by owner in the area close by which has retained its normal everyday atmosphere, we really enjoyed these places with reasonable prices + excellent food. Room pricing is really ok, a tad on the high side but they know their advantages and it is a super place to stay in Split - would definitely return
